Ottima posizione, struttura relativamente nuova e camere rinnovate. Colazione nella media: sala colazione veramente angusta... sembra una mensa ma non un albergo di cinque stelle. Bella hall (conviene fare colazione alla carte nella hall). Servizio scadente e personale svogliato, scontroso e prepotente anche per le richieste più semplici (ad una nostra lamentela per un disservizio hanno risposto fatte la recensione e potete andarvene) . L'unica persona disponibile e sorridente è Radu il portiere all'ingresso. Non è un cinque stelle (forse lo è nella classifica romena) soprattutto per il servizio ... peccato perché Autograph Collection è un marchio di tutto rispetto in Italia e in altri paesi.

Location is within the Old Town. King Gold bedroom is not that big, just enough for 2 persons. No onsite parking. Receptionist charged me twice on my card on my reservation despite prepaying it here in 訂房網站.com. I was the one who detected it after I reviewed my invoice after check out. I Will need to wait few days or weeks before my money gets back or refunded.
